In recent years, CNOOC has accelerated the construction of intelligent oilfields with intelligent demonstration projects such as Wushi 17-2/23-5 oilfield group joint development project, Bozhong 26-6 oilfield development project (phase I) and Huizhou 26-6 oilfield development project. Huizhou 26-6 drilling and production platform is the first intelligent drilling and production platform independently designed and built by CNOOC. Through intensive design, it integrates five intelligent modules, including image intelligent processing device, edge intelligent computing station, data storage and communication device, data security control device and data acquisition Internet of Things platform. The number of intelligent equipment is 3 times that of the traditional platform, but the occupied space is reduced by 1/3, which can improve the production efficiency by 20%, it can reduce the operation and maintenance cost by 10% every year, and further build a new generation of "intelligent, safe and efficient" offshore oil and gas exploration operation mode.
Huizhou 26-6 platform is equipped with CNOOC's first online simulation model, which can realize operation parameter optimization, intelligent control and other functions. Like a "super brain", it can simulate production data in real time, calculate the optimization parameters of each equipment, and command each production link under the premise of obtaining authorization. It is worth mentioning that the model can also greatly reduce the energy consumption of key equipment such as natural gas dehydration and slug flow regulation. This alone can save nearly one million yuan in operation and maintenance costs each year.
The high-precision intelligent sensor can collect the operation data and state evaluation data of the equipment in real time and form a historical database, which provides a solid foundation for equipment fault diagnosis. The fault diagnosis system applies artificial neural network to enable the machine to have self-learning ability. Based on various types of data collected automatically, the best "treatment plan" is given for different fault types, thus greatly improving the efficiency of equipment maintenance.
CNOOC independently designed and developed the intelligent inspection function module, and developed the "one-key inspection" function to realize the intelligent monitoring of people, machines, objects and the environment, and greatly reduce the frequency of manual inspection. At the same time, the optical equipment layout on the platform is intensive and efficient. Huizhou 26-6 platform can have the same monitoring capability only by arranging half of the previous platforms of the same specifications, such as more than 50 intelligent cameras or thermal imagers, and can realize automatic alarm for dangerous situations such as fire and oil spill.
According to statistics, the upper block that completed the float installation this time weighs about 17000 tons, is 93 meters long, 42 meters wide, and 42 meters high. The projected area of the deck is equivalent to the size of 8 standard basketball courts. Block construction using "digital management + integrated construction" mode, innovative application of fine three-dimensional modeling technology, integrated installation rate of 96%. As the weight of the block exceeds the limit of the lifting capacity of the floating crane of the ship at sea, the project team uses the natural force of the tide and the construction technology such as ship load adjustment to install the block on the predetermined position of the jacket as a whole through the floating method similar to the "clean and jerk" of weightlifters.
The floating operation is in the high monsoon season. The construction team grabs the time window, monitors the weather conditions in the operation sea area in real time, fully links the anchor machine, tugboat, etc., dynamically adjusts the entering speed and direction of the operation ship, and the docking accuracy between the block and the jacket reaches millimeter level.
The Huizhou 26-6 oil and gas field is my country's first major exploration breakthrough in the new field of ancient buried hills in the Pearl River Mouth Basin. After the project is put into operation, it will effectively enhance the clean energy supply capacity of South China.
